Ellen Goldberg

Ellen Goldberg, is an internationally renowned teacher of Tarot and Palmistry.  She is the founder and director of the School of Oracles, in New York City and online, where she offers in-depth trainings in both these subjects.  She has been honored to present on the Tarot at conferences around the world, and at libraries ranging from the Queens Public Library in NYC to the Library in Alexandria, Egypt. Ellen has been on the faculty of the New York Open Center since 1986, teaching Tarot and the Western Hermetic Tradition, which includes Tarot’s relationship to Kabbalah, the Power of Archetypal Images, Spiritual Alchemy, Developing Intuition, Astrology, and the Perennial Philosophy. She has, for the last two summers, taught Palmistry at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. Her book, The Art and Science of Hand Reading is number one in its field. It won the prestigious COVER Award, as the people’s choice for best book on divination published in 2016. In 2018 it won another People’s Choice award on both Amazon and Good Reads as the favorite book on the subject of Palmistry. Ellen has been interested in the expansion of consciousness through meditation, trance, inner journeys, plant medicine, and food choices for all her adult life. She considers herself a Nature Mystic, and publishes a newsletter, Mystic News: keeping an eye on cosmic events. She serves as President of the Board of Directors of The Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute in Puerto Rico, where the Living Food Lifestyle is taught to empower people to take charge of their own health and consciousness through the alchemy of raw food.  Ellen is also a psychotherapist and maintained a private therapy practice in New York for more than 30 years.
